Officials and employees of Wilton Rancheria who act beyond the scope of their duties or authority shall be subject in suit in equity only for declaratory and non-monetary injunctive relief in Tribal Court by persons subject to its jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing rights and duties established by this Constitution or other applicable laws. However, nothing in this paragraph shall be held to limit the Tribe itself from bringing an action for civil or criminal liability against its employees or officials.
