A. The Department of Environmental Resources shall submit quarterly reports to the Environmental Protection Agency per (40 CFR Part 35.115).

B. The Department of Environmental Resources shall submit an annual progress report to the Environmental Protection Agency within thirty (30) days of the end of each (EPA) fiscal year.

C. The Department of Environmental Resources shall submit, through the Chairperson, a final written annual report to the Tribal Council within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar year. It will report on the activities of the Department of Environmental Resources, achievement of the goals and objectives for the previous calendar year, and the impact, if any, of fiscal constraints on its current goals and objectives.

D. The Department of Environmental Resources shall submit to the Environmental Protection Agency a progress report at the end of the four (4) year GAP grant award term. (Res. 2017-10)
