The Tribe adopts and makes applicable to the gaming operation the standards embodied in state law, if any, prohibiting gaming facilities from extending credit to patrons of a gambling business. The extension of credit by the gaming operation shall be prohibited except in compliance with this article and an extension of credit policy which may be adopted by the gaming operation from time to time.
