A. If the Department of Housing is organized as a limited administration, the Chief Administrative Officer shall:

1. Review all reports provided by a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that meets the requirements of Section 1-202(B)(1);

2. Complete the written annual report pursuant to Section 1-501, incorporating, to the best of his or her knowledge, the activities and achievements of a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that meets the requirements of Section 1-202(B)(1); and

3. Be responsible for all other duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the Department of Housing that are not within the scope of a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that meets the requirements of Section 1-202(B)(1).

B. If the Department of Housing is organized as a limited administration, the Chief Administrative Officer may, after obtaining prior approval by the Chairperson, employ staff professionals, support personnel, and/or contract with service professionals, subject to the Tribe’s laws and the Tribe’s approved budget.
