A. This chapter is the official employment law of Wilton Rancheria. It is applicable to the Tribal Government and tribal enterprises, unless a separate law explicitly excludes a tribal enterprise, or another law is applicable. It supersedes the Tribe’s Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and any and all other policies, rules, and regulations previously utilized by the Chairperson in administration of the Tribe’s employees.
