A. The Tribe shall give preference in employment opportunities first to Wilton Rancheria tribal members, then to spouses of tribal members and/or to other Native Americans. In some instances, the Tribal Government and tribal enterprises may use absolute preference for tribal members based on the job description as approved in the relevant Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.

B. The Wilton Rancheria preference policy shall be used to recruit, hire, train, recall, reassign, and lay off employees of the Tribe. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
