§ 1-402 Employment policies.
The Chairperson, Chief Judge, Gaming Authority Board or tribal enterprise board(s) shall adopt a Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual consistent with the provisions of this chapter. Such Personnel Policies and Procedures Manuals must include the following elements and provisions related to:
A. Position classifications and job descriptions, with preference levels;
B. Recruitment and vacancy processes;
C. Probationary periods and temporary rights;
D. Performance management and employee development programs;
E. Internal employee discipline process;
F. Involuntary separation, including layoffs;
G. Internal grievance complaint process;
H. Leave accrual and policies;
I. Fringe benefits;
J. Holidays;
K. Hours of operation;
L. Attendance;
M. Drug and alcohol policy;
