§ 1-404 Director vacancies.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Vacancies in a director position shall be filled based on job description standards.
B. All vacant director positions shall be posted to the general public within seven (7) business days.
C. Vacant director positions should remain open for a minimum of two (2) weeks after posting, and a notification is sent out to the General Council, before the position is filled.
D. Vacant director positions will not be filled if:
1. No funding is available;
2. Change in Government structure;
