The Tribe may require testing of employees suspected of being in violation of the Tribe’s drug and alcohol policy. The Tribe shall require testing where circumstances (i.e., accidents, workplace incidents, etc.) indicate that drug or alcohol use may be involved. Any employee involved in an accident while operating a tribal vehicle shall be immediately tested. An employee’s refusal to consent to testing shall result in termination.
