§ 1-704 Conflicts of interest violations.

A. A tribal employee cannot use his or her position or office to obtain financial gain or anything of substantial value for the private benefit of himself or herself or his or her immediate family, or for an organization with which he or she is associated.
B. Tribal employees shall refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:
1. Making personal investments in any business that will create a conflict with their duties.
2. Using their position to obtain employment or business in Wilton Rancheria’s government or its businesses for themselves, members of their immediate family, or any other person with whom they have a significant personal relationship. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
