A. Tribal employees shall not utilize the Tribe’s resources and property for personal gain or any other unauthorized activities.

B. Tribal employees shall not intentionally use or disclose information gained in the course of, or by reason of, their position or activities in any way that could result in the receipt of anything of value for themselves, for their immediate family, or for any other person, if the information is not in the public domain.

C. Tribal employees shall not engage in financial transactions using nonpublic, government information or allow the improper use of nonpublic government information to further any private interest.

D. Tribal employees shall not disclose confidential information which they have acquired by reason of their position. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
