A. Tribal employees may not take any official action or participate in decisions which are associated with a member of their immediate family, or an organization in which they have a substantial financial interest.

B. Tribal employees shall not participate in decision-making on an issue if their action or inaction is reasonably questionable, including, but not limited to, personal bias or knowledge that individually the person or any member of the person’s immediate family or anyone residing in their household has a financial interest that could be substantially affected.
