A. Any employee may file a grievance complaint against another employee, supervisor, manager, officer, or director for alleged discrimination, harassment, or other alleged violations of this chapter, employment policies, or other applicable tribal law within five (5) business days of the date of the alleged violation.

B. Grievance complaints must follow the internal grievance complaint process defined in the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manuals.

C. At the conclusion of the grievance complaint process, the Human Resources Department, the Executive Director of Administration, or the Chairperson shall issue a written administrative decision and provide a copy to the parties involved. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
