A. Tribal Government employees have the right to appeal adverse employment actions as outlined in Section 1-710 except for the Directors or Officers of Administration, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Enrollment or any other position as determined by the Chairperson or designee during the creation of new position descriptions that could have an immediate negative impact on the Tribal Government.

B. Employees have the right to file a grievance complaint for any alleged discrimination, harassment, or other alleged violations as outlined in Sections 1-708 and 1-710. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
