Article VII. Employee Conduct and Discipline

A. Employees are responsible and accountable for adhering to all tribal laws, policies, rules, directives, and procedures enacted and established by the Tribe.

B. Employees who engage in, or are associated with, illegal or harmful conduct, the nature of which adversely affects the Tribe, or their ability to carry out their employment responsibilities, will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.

C. Information about the Tribe, its members, clients, suppliers, or employees shall not be disclosed or divulged to anyone other than persons who have a right to know or are authorized to receive such information. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
