Article VIII. Appeals – Petitions to Tribal Court

A. Any eligible employee receiving an administrative decision at the completion of the internal process for employee discipline or grievance complaints may appeal the administrative decision by filing an appeal from a government decision with the Tribal Court.

B. All petitions must be filed according to the process set out in 10 WRC § 2-101 et seq., Rules of General Application and Evidence, and 10 WRC § 7-101 et seq., Appeals from Government Decisions.

C. Tribal Court staff shall assist with maintaining and providing copies of applicable rules, tribal laws and court forms. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-50; Res. 2016-35; Res. 2014-17)
