The Tribal Gaming Authority shall provide written notice of this chapter and the procedures to bring a complaint in its employee handbook. The Tribal Gaming Authority also shall post and keep posted, in prominent and accessible places in the gaming facility (as defined in the compact) where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted, a notice setting forth the pertinent provisions of this chapter and information pertinent to the filing of a complaint.
