The Tribal Gaming Authority shall not be liable for interest prior to judgment. This chapter does not provide any remedy or forum for claims against the casino for punitive damages, or attorney’s fees or costs. In no event shall the Tribal Gaming Authority be held liable for damages in excess of three million dollars ($3,000,000.00), and then only to the extent that such damages are covered by insurance required under this chapter.
