This chapter provides the exclusive procedure, forum and remedy for pursuit of claims of employment discrimination. This chapter does not authorize claims against, or constitute a waiver of the sovereign immunity of, the Tribe or its governmental officers, employees, and agents, and the Tribe reserves all rights not expressly waived by this chapter.
