A. Financial information of the Tribe shall be considered confidential and privileged. Financial data and information may be shared with tribal members pursuant to subsection (D) of this section, and shall be clearly marked for tribal use only and not for further release.

B. The Finance Director, from time to time, may be requested to produce a fiscal analysis or provide fiscal reports, which contain such information that the Tribal Council desires to limit and control access.

C. Financial information of the Tribe shall not be divulged to anyone other than persons who have a right to know, or are authorized to receive such information. The safeguarding and protection of this confidential information shall be considered a condition of employment with the Tribe and 7 WRC § 1-101 et seq., Employment, shall apply.

D. Financial information may be shared directly with tribal members if the tribal member makes a request in writing to the Finance Director and upon approval by the Office of the Chairperson to review certain financial information. The requested financial information will be made available to the requesting tribal member for viewing at the Tribal Administration Office. (Res. 2019-42; Res. 2018-04; Res. 2015-10)
