Subject to the limitations and exclusions provided in Article I of this chapter, Section 10-105, Article II of this chapter, and elsewhere in this chapter, the Gaming Authority or its designees shall accept, review, investigate, analyze, and, where proven, compensate claims for a compensable injury.
