Any party dissatisfied with the judgment of the Tribal Court may, at the party’s election, appeal the matter to the Tribal Court Appellate Panel or invoke the JAMS optional arbitration appeal procedure (or, if those rules no longer exist, the closest equivalent). (Res. 2021-22)
