This chapter shall apply to all employees who sustain injuries, illnesses, or other conditions arising out of and occurring in the course of employment at the casino, regardless of whether those injuries are sustained on or off the reservation, and to any dependents who may be entitled to benefits or recovery under the terms of this chapter.
