Class II gaming and Class III gaming are hereby authorized to be conducted on the Tribe’s Indian lands, if such gaming is conducted in accordance with this chapter, IGRA, the NIGC’s regulations, and any other applicable laws or regulations. Any Class III gaming activities conducted under this chapter are limited to those gaming activities authorized under a tribal-state compact. (Res. 2019-28)
