§ 3-203 Use of net gaming revenues.
This section is included in your selections.
Net revenues shall be used only for the following purposes:
A. To fund Tribal Government operations and programs;
B. To provide for the general welfare of the Tribe and its members;
C. To promote tribal economic development;
D. To donate to charitable organizations; or
E. To help fund local government agencies. (Res. 2019-28)
