The Gaming Commission members shall comply with 4 WRC § 6-101 et seq., Conduct and Ethics, as may be amended from time to time, and the Gaming Commission employees shall comply with 7 WRC § 1-101 et seq., Employment. In addition, the Gaming Commission shall promulgate pursuant to Section 3-308 a code of ethics regulation that addresses issues particular to the regulation of gaming and which shall be complied with by all Gaming Commission members, the Executive Director, and Commission employees.
