The Gaming Commission may organize itself into functional divisions as it may deem necessary and may from time to time modify such plan of organization. Within the limits of a Tribal Council-approved lump sum budget, the Gaming Commission shall establish its own budget for operations and acquire such furnishings, equipment, supplies, stationery, books, motor vehicles and other things as it may deem necessary in carrying out its functions and incur such other expenses, within the limit of funds available to it, as it may deem necessary. Additionally, the Gaming Commission shall employ and fix the salaries of or contract for services of such professional, technical and operational personnel and consultants as the execution of its duties and the operation of the Gaming Commission may require. At the Tribal Council’s discretion, said budget may be reviewed and modified. (Res. 2019-28)
