The Gaming Commission may receive any complaint from an employee of the gaming operation or any member of the public who is or claims to be adversely affected by an act or omission related to any gaming activities which is asserted to violate this chapter, the tribal-state compact, or regulation of the Gaming Commission, and may upon consideration of such complaint order such remedial action as it deems appropriate to bring the gaming activities into compliance with such provisions. The Gaming Commission may for this purpose, in its sole discretion, direct the Executive Director to conduct a hearing and receive evidence with regard to such complaint if the Gaming Commission deems an evidentiary proceeding useful in the resolution of such complaint. Hearings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with due process. (Res. 2019-28)
