The Gaming Commission shall establish a fee schedule for licenses to cover its expenses in investigating and licensing persons and entities required to be licensed by this chapter. The fee schedule shall be established by regulation promulgated by the Gaming Commission within one hundred eighty (180) days of approval of the ordinance codified in this chapter. Application fees shall be nonrefundable, regardless of whether or not a license is issued. Such fees shall be made payable to the Gaming Commission. (Res. 2019-28)
