The Gaming Commission may adopt regulations naming specific licensing authorities that it recognizes and may authorize exemptions to the gaming resources supplier licensing process from gaming resource suppliers who have received a license from one (1) of the recognized state or tribal regulatory bodies, to the extent such exemption is not inconsistent with the tribal-state compact.
