All persons who are required to be licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be required to wear, in plain view at all times while in a gaming facility, identification badges issued by the Gaming Commission. The identification badges must display the person’s photograph, identification number, name, and expiration date of his or her license. The Gaming Commission may allow temporary exceptions to this provision for the purposes of authorizing investigators who are actively investigating a matter within the gaming facility to monitor gaming activities.
