Any person who applies for a license under this chapter, applies for employment in any gaming operation, enters into any contract or agreement with the gaming operation (unless such contract or agreement provides otherwise), or participates in any gaming activity on Indian lands of the Tribe shall be deemed to consent to the civil jurisdiction of the Tribe, the Gaming Commission and the Tribal Courts of the Tribe for purposes of enforcement of this chapter. Nothing in this section or this chapter shall limit the jurisdiction of the Tribe or the Gaming Commission under any circumstances not expressly contemplated herein. (Res. 2019-28)
