The premises on which any alcoholic beverage is manufactured, distributed or sold shall be open for inspection by the Board at all reasonable times for the purposes of ascertaining compliance with this chapter, any other law or ordinance governing liquor on tribal lands, or any rule or regulation adopted by the Board in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
