§ 5-504 Tribal Court jurisdiction.

The Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction to hear appeals arising under Articles III and IV of this chapter. The Tribal Court shall also have jurisdiction to hear any claim, cause of action, or enforcement action brought by the Liquor Control Board for violation of this chapter. (Res. 2018-69)
