This revenue allocation plan (“RAP”) is created and executed by the Wilton Rancheria (“Tribe”), pursuant to its laws and acts, in order to promote the general welfare of the Tribal Government and its members. This RAP shall govern the allocation of available net gaming revenues from Class II and Class III gaming activities, conducted by and on behalf of the Tribe, including per capita distributions to eligible members of the Tribe.
