§ 9-302 Quarterly accounting.
A. The Tribe intends that all monies shall be initially distributed from the gaming enterprise to the Gaming Authority and expenses and obligations of the gaming enterprise and gaming operations (as clarified in the definition of net distributable cash in Section 9-201) shall be satisfied. The net distributable cash remaining thereafter shall be subject to distribution to the Tribe from the Gaming Authority and subject to the terms of this RAP.
B. On or before the fifteenth day of a fiscal quarter, a designated Gaming Authority official shall provide to the Tribal Council:
1. A complete financial statement of the operation of the gaming enterprise for the preceding fiscal quarter.
2. The schedule of net distributable cash for the preceding fiscal quarter.
3. A check in the amount of the net distributable cash commensurate with the schedule of net distributable cash. (Res. 2021-56; Res. 2021-19)
