This chapter may be amended by the Tribal Council, and by majority vote of the Tribal Council is hereby directed to make any amendments to this chapter required by the Secretary of the Interior in order to obtain the Secretary’s approval of this chapter for compliance with 25 U.S.C. § 2710 et seq., and shall be effective from the date of approval.
