The Traditional Court does not have the authority to force any parties to resolve a disputed matter, nor does the Traditional Court have the authority to adjudicate a matter that the parties cannot resolve through voluntary agreement, as defined in the Court Rules of Civil Procedure.* (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
