Exhibits and attachments must be filed with a pleading or with a declaration explaining the exhibit or attachment. Exhibits or attachments of audio or video must be submitted on a USB drive or other digital storage device. The software program needed to view the audio or video exhibit must be identified in the pleading or declaration filed with the exhibit.

A. Exhibits and attachments shall be included with any document filed electronically, provided:

1. The exhibit or attachment, when converted to PDF, is less than five (5) megabytes in size;

2. Only portions of the exhibits or attachments relevant to the pleading shall be included;

3. Any exhibit or attachment that consists of any paper that is already a part of the record may be omitted; and

4. A document that is of a physical size and/or shape that conversion to PDF is not practical may be omitted.

B. The filing party may send exhibits or attachments over five (5) megabytes as separate emails, indicating in the subject line the email number out of the total number of emails (e.g., “Email 2 of 3” or “Email 2/3”). (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-59; Res. 2020-42 Exh. A)
