A. The Bar Association of Wilton Rancheria shall be open to any person who is an attorney at law, is admitted to the bar of any state, and is a member in good standing of such bar. Once admitted these members shall be designated attorney members.

B. The Bar Association of Wilton Rancheria shall be open to any person who is not a licensed attorney to be designated as a lay advocate. Once admitted these members shall be designated as lay advocate members.

C. All applicants must be free of a conviction of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude to be eligible for admission (Res. 2020-70)
