This section is included in your selections.

A. A member licensed to practice law in the Wilton Rancheria Courts may voluntarily relinquish their license by submitting a written document containing the name and contact information and a statement that the attorney is resigning their license. Once accepted by the Chief Judge, the member will be ineligible to apply for a new license for a period of one (1) year from the date of relinquishment unless the relinquishment is submitted as part of a disciplinary action; in such a case, the attorney will be ineligible to apply for a new license at any time without the Chief Judge’s prior written authorization.

B. A member may also file a written request to change their active status to inactive status.

C. All members are required to notify the Bar Association if they have any changes in their eligibility status since admission.

D. All changes in status must include a certification that the member has successfully transferred or disposed of pending matters before the Wilton Rancheria Courts by filing a notice of withdrawal or a notice of substitution of counsel in each pending matter. (Res. 2020-70)
