“Spokesperson” means the Traditional Court member selected by the Traditional Court elders to administer the Traditional Court and lead Traditional Court proceedings.

“Traditional Court” means the body created by Article VIII, Section 5 of the Constitution in accordance with Article V of Chapter 1 of this title, Tribal Court.

“Traditional Court conference” means a meeting between the parties and the Traditional Court to resolve a dispute.

“Tribal Court” means the Tribal Court of the Wilton Rancheria, established pursuant to Article VIII of the Constitution.

“Tribe” and “tribal” mean the Wilton Rancheria government. (Res. 2022-24 (Exh. A))
