§ 6-104 Scope.

These rules are intended to govern all civil matters filed with the Wilton Rancheria Tribal Court that are not governed by any other specific rules. Separate rules shall govern matters with the Traditional Court and Appellate Panel. Separate rules shall also govern criminal matters.* (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-60)
