A. Within thirty (30) days after Party 2 is served process, they must file a written answer to the petition that states if Party 2 agrees or disagrees with the petition. Party 2 must sign and date the answer and file it with the Court Clerk.

B. Statements that the Tribal Court lacks personal jurisdiction or that service of process was improper must be included in Party 2’s answer or the lack of personal jurisdiction argument will be considered waived. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-60)
