§ 6-403 Party 1 request for dismissal.

The Court shall dismiss the case at any time Party 1 requests. The Court may order a Party 1 who requests dismissal to pay all costs of the suit to Party 2 upon a request of Party 2 and a finding of good cause. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-60)
