At the first hearing or subsequent hearings, the Court may discuss whether a pretrial settlement conference or mediation by the Traditional Court would help resolve the dispute. The Court may refer the matter to the Traditional Court for resolution or schedule settlement conferences to give the parties the opportunity to resolve the dispute before trial.
