A. Gaming Projects. For proposed gaming projects, the TEA will analyze the potential environmental impacts off of tribal lands, and the TEIR will analyze and evaluate the potential significant effects on the environment off of tribal lands. The TEIR will comply with Section 11 and Appendix B of the gaming compact.

B. Leases or Development Projects. For proposed leases or development projects, the TEA will analyze the potential environmental impacts on tribal lands, and the TEIR or PEIR will analyze and evaluate the potential significant effects on the environment on tribal lands. (Res. 2019-40)
