A. Article V, Section 1(i) of the Constitution grants the Chairperson the power to preside over meetings of the General Council.

B. Article V, Section 1(j) of the Constitution grants the Chairperson the power to call general and special meetings of the General Council.

C. Article VI, Section 2 of the Constitution authorizes the Tribal Council to make the Tribe’s laws.

D. Article VI, Section 2(a) of the Constitution grants the Tribal Council the power to make all laws, including resolutions, codes, and statutes.
