This chapter is intended to supersede any and all other actions previously taken by the Tribal Council with respect to the organization and procedure of the General Council. This chapter is drafted to cover all meetings, petitions, and votes of the General Council with the exception of the Tribe’s general, special, and runoff elections which are set forth in 4 WRC § 4-101 et seq., Elections.
