§ 5-403 Withholding from per capita distributions.
This section is included in your selections.
The following amounts may be withheld from per capita distribution payments made by the Tribe:
A. Reimbursement to the Tribe for the costs of any DNA testing for which the member has agreed to be responsible.
B. Any amounts contractually obligated to be withdrawn from per capita distributions by the member.
C. Any amounts necessary to satisfy tribal, state, or federal court judgments against the member held by the Tribe. (Res. 2023-04; Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
